According to the "Notice of the National Energy Administration on Matters Concerning the Development and Construction of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation in 2021" (Guoneng Fa Xinneng [2021] No. 25) and the "General Department of the National Energy Administration on the announcement and submission of information on household photovoltaic projects in 2019 "Notice on Relevant Matters" (Guoneng Zongtong Xinneng [2019] No. 45) Regarding the relevant requirements for the management of household photovoltaic projects, a total of 30 provinces across the country have submitted information on household solar mounting structure projects (Tibet is not included in the 2021 financial subsidy scale Household photovoltaic projects, not submitted).
According to the information submitted by various provincial energy authorities and power grid companies, and according to statistics compiled by the National Renewable Energy Information Management Center, the total installed capacity of household solar bracket projects newly included in the national financial subsidy scale in July 2021 is 1,759,300 kilowatts. As of the end of July 2021, the total installed capacity of household photovoltaic projects included in the national fiscal subsidy scale in 2021 was 7,661,400 kilowatts.
